How do I know this product will work for me? 

"If your partner notices you only snore while sleeping on your back-not your side- Skip The Snore is the solution for you.

Tip: If you use a very thick pillow, you may not feel the raised bump which make the product non effective for keeping you on your side.  When you put your pillow on the Skip The Snore you should be able to feel the bump, and it should be a little uncomfortable lying on your back.  If you don't feel the bump, it won't be effective, and you need a pillow will less fill.

Tip: Start out sleeping on your side with your head as high up on the pillow as possible to make the best use of the elevation when you start sleeping. 

How long does it take to get used to the Skip The Snore wedge?  

Changing anything about your sleep routine will require an adjustment period.  For most people it takes a few days up to a couple of weeks to get used to.

Can I stop using my CPAP? 

NO, this product is not intended or effective for OSA (sleep apnea).  Skip The Snore is helpful for primary snoring, or simple snoring only.  

Does it help with snoring from nasal congestion, allergies or deviated septum? 

No, if you have Nasal snoring this product will not be effective for you.
